COVID-19 UPDATE
We look forward to welcoming back all existing clients and new clients to Kings House Business Centre! We are committed to providing you with a safe working environment whilst adhering to the Covid-19 government guidelines. As a company we have redefined our cleaning and safety standards to ensure all clients, visitors and staff are safe.
Meeting Rooms
In all meeting rooms, we have elevated our cleaning procedure. All rooms will be thoroughly cleaned before arrival with anti-bacterial products. Anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitiser are also available in each meeting room. Meeting rooms can be booked with social distancing measures in place to adhere with health and safety guidelines including spaced seating.
Hot Desking
Hot desking still remains open with updated seating arrangements to ensure that you can still continue to work as and when needed at Kings House Business Centre.
Social Distancing
We are following Government guidelines regarding social distancing. We are happy to go through the different meeting room and office space options we have available to ensure that you and your staff are working together, whilst observing social distancing guidelines.
We have placed indicators in our reception areas to accommodate for distancing and our kitchenettes now have a maximum capacity of 1 person to ensure visitors and clients can safely maintain distance.
Hand Sanitiser
Hand sanitising stations are located at all entrances of the building, reception and in all meeting rooms.
Enhanced Cleaning
We are constantly cleaning the Business Centre throughout our working day to go above and beyond our normal protocol. We are cleaning surfaces and door handles with increased frequency, dedicated staff and anti-bacterial cleaning products.
Minimum Contact
We have put measures into place to ensure there is minimum contact between visitors and staff. For example, any pen used by a visitor will be theirs to keep to avoid contact to the next visitor! We continue to be accessible 24/7 for clients who have their own office.

Our Kings House Cafe coffee tap can now be controlled by an app on your mobile phone.
Simply download the TopBrewer app and connect to our coffee tap through Bluetooth. You will be able to select and pour your drink without having to touch the iPad!
